Our studio boasts top-of-the-line Epson 64” (1625mm) wide printers, Eizo ColorEdge monitors, precise and industry standard print viewing lighting and the finest papers available.

We only use reputable papers that have been tested, rated, and, most importantly, meet our high standards. We pay particular attention to longevity and durability when recommending the paper type for your project. Additionally, because we understand that papers have a profound influence on the final image, we work closely with each client in selecting the correct paper for each project from the wide range we offer. Besides fine art papers, we also offer a range of specialty materials such as handmade Japanese papers, rice papers, and wallpaper.

DSLR Scanning

This system digitises any type of photographic film, ranging from microfilm to 8×10’ sheet film, with exceptional high resolution. It incorporates a cutting-edge digital camera to create non-interpolated 240-megapixel RAW captures, boasting an impressive 1.35-gigabyte 16-bit RGB file size at 12672x19008px.

At the core of the system is a Sony A7r5 mounted with a specialised flat field lens designed to capture film. The film being digitized is illuminated using a state-of-the-art LED lighting system, delivering an exceptional Colour Rendering Index (CRI) and Colour Quality Index (CQI) of 98 out of 100. This ensures unparalleled color accuracy and fidelity, preserving every nuance of the original.

This system, coupled with our dedicated experience and skillset, delivers results that surpass even the most popular CCD scanner on the professional market: the Hasselblad/Imacon.

Imacon Flextight 848 scanner

The Imacon Flextight 848 scanner is the ultimate in dedicated film scanner technology, with clarity and sharpness to match near drum scan quality files. The Imacon Flextight 848 scanner has a dynamic range of up to 4.8 and a maximum non-interpolated optical resolution of 8000 dpi for 135mm, 3200 dpi for 120 film and +2000 dpi for 4×5 film, ensuring your colour negatives, black & white negatives, and transparencies are scanned for optimal quality.
